Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Up to 48000
Location: Lincolnshire
Shift: 3-shift rotation
A well-established FMCG manufacturer in Lincolnshire is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias. This role is key to ensuring smooth production operations by carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of FMCG plant and equipment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking to develop within the FMCG sector while working for a business that values long-term engineering careers.
Based in Lincolnshire the role offers stability career development and the chance to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing site.
Whats required:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills (including 3-phase systems)
- Mechanical experience with motors pumps gearboxes hydraulics welding
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Health & Safety awareness in an FMCG manufacturing environment
