Role Overview

The Engagement Consultant helps design and deliver employee engagement programs at TMHCC. This includes developing employee communications that foster shared understanding and support for TMHCCs People Strategy promoting the employee experience and development as key contributors to the businesss success and a differentiator in todays talent marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the engagement team on key initiatives involving employee engagement culture and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I)

  • Maximize the impact of internal engagement tools (e.g. recognition platforms surveys HR Roadshows Voices meetings Ask HR)

  • Create dynamic and engaging digital communications including videos executive memos presentations and feature articles

  • Manage industry award applications to promote TMHCCs focus on employee development externally

  • Partner with HR leaders to craft compelling presentations for internal and external audiences

  • Measure content impact and refine future strategies to improve effectiveness

  • Develop and coordinate content for internal HR communications including benefits open enrollment HR newsletters career materials ERGs and change management

  • Work closely with Corporate Communications and Marketing to align messaging and ensure consistency

  • Support internal platforms including chatbots intranet articles and digital publishing tools

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Communications Marketing English or related field or equivalent education/experience

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant and progressive experience

  • Experience working within or in close partnership with Human Resources

  • Experience supporting companies with a global footprint is preferred

Skills & Experience

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong project management capabilities; able to handle competing priorities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-functioning collaborative environment

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite video editing tools and web publishing software

  • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion

  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging communications across multiple platforms

  • Demonstrated success building employee engagement through storytelling and branding-aligned messaging

  • Commitment to diversity equity and inclusion principles

  • Willingness to support time-sensitive communications occasionally outside normal business hours

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

  • May require sitting for extended periods

  • May need to move up to 10 pounds

  • Must be able to operate a computer and other office equipment

  • Close vision and ability to adjust focus required

  • Occasional travel (up to 10%) may be required
