Job Description
Heres What You Need
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (REQUIRED)
- 1 year experience required within the last 3 years (REQUIRED)
- No experience required if nursing student who has completed fundamentals or military experience with medical training equivalent (REQUIRED)
Licenses and Certifications
- BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support upon hire (REQUIRED)
What You Will Do
- Provide assistance to patient according to plan of care.
- Collect patient data identifies and reports significant findings to nurse.
- Assist in admission/transfer/discharge.
- Provide and Revise patient activities of daily living based on patient/family preferences.
- Perform technical procedures safely and proficiently.
- Take action to reduce or eliminate patient risk.
- Enter orders into computer or manual system if applicable.
- Document accurately and appropriately.
- In collaboration/consultation with the nurse adapt care to reflect patient population.
- In collaboration/consultation with nurse incorporate cultural/religious needs and beliefs into delivery of care.
- Keep patient environment clean and maintains safe environment.
- Anticipate patient/family and visitor needs and take action to meet those needs and rounds as appropriate.

Main Office:Texas Health Central Staffing Office -612 E Lamar Arlington TX 76011
Work Locations:The main office for the Central Staffing Office is in Arlington TX but you will primarily be working in Region C.
Work hours:PRN must be available to work 36 hours/week.
Shift: Night shifts (no self-scheduling).
Regions are as follows:
Region A: Allen Frisco Plano Prosper Dallas Prosper Rockwall Kaufman and Center for Diagnostics & Surgery Plano
Region B: Denton Flower Mound Southlake HEB Arlington Memorial Heart & Vascular Alliance and Azle
Region C: Fort Worth Southwest Cleburne Clearfork Burleson Willow Park and the Specialty Hospital.
Position Highlights:
