Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee document control processes including version control approvals and archival.
- Ensure compliance with document management standards and policies.
- Maintain and update MIS databases generate reports and analyze key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with departments to streamline document workflows and data reporting.
- Ensure secure storage and accessibility of critical documents.
- Support audits and regulatory compliance by providing necessary documentation.
- Assist in improving documentation and MIS processes for efficiency and accuracy.
Key Skills:
- Minimum experience required 5-7 Years from the Industry
- Proficiency in document management systems and latest tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
