Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

• Wirtschaftliche Bearbeitung von In- und Auslandssendungen
• Auswahl der Spediteure
• Einholen von Frachtangeboten und Auswertung
• Sendungsbezogene Transportkoordination (Abhol-/Zustellterminierung)
• Überwachung der Laufzeiten Tracking & Tracing Adressklärungen / Serviceanfragen von Logistik-Dienstleistern und internen Kunden / (Vertrieb)
• Korrespondenz mit internen Kunden Paket- Expressdiensten Spediteuren
• Überprüfung der Frachtrechnungen
• Erstellung von Lieferantenerklärungen auf Anfrage
• Einholung von Intercompany-Lieferantenerklärungen
• Transportschadensbearbeitung
• Erstellung aller Export-/Ausfuhrdokumente für außereuropäische Länder unter Berücksichtigung und
• Einhaltung der ausfuhrrechtlichen Vorgaben
• Insbesondere Beachtung und Überwachung von Zolltarifnummern Ursprungs- und Präferenzangaben und Exportbeschränkungen in der Abfertigung
• Priorisierung der zu liefernden Sendungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb/Produktion

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Speditions- oder Industriekaufmann/-kauffrau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechenden Fachkenntnissen
• Gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Speditionsmarktes sowie Erfahrung im Versand
• Gute Anwender-Kenntnisse MS-Office (Outlook Word Excel) M3 Versandsoftware
• Gute Kenntnisse / Erfahrung in der Ausfuhr-/Exportabfertigung (speditionell ausfuhrzolltechnisch)
• Zolltarifkenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse Warenursprung & Präferenzen
• Teamfähigkeit
• Hands-On-Mentalität
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Die Stelle ist zunächst auf 2 Jahre befristet.
