Sachbearbeiter*in Versandabteilung (m/w/d)Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Wirtschaftliche Bearbeitung von In- und Auslandssendungen
- Auswahl der Spediteure
- Einholen von Frachtangeboten und Auswertung
- Sendungsbezogene Transportkoordination (Abhol-/Zustellterminierung)
- berwachung der Laufzeiten Tracking & Tracing Adressklrungen / Serviceanfragen von Logistik-Dienstleistern und internen Kunden / (Vertrieb)
- Korrespondenz mit internen Kunden Paket- Expressdiensten Spediteuren
- berprfung der Frachtrechnungen
- Erstellung von Lieferantenerklrungen auf Anfrage
- Einholung von Intercompany-Lieferantenerklrungen
- Transportschadensbearbeitung
- Erstellung aller Export-/Ausfuhrdokumente fr auereuropische Lnder unter Bercksichtigung und
- Einhaltung der ausfuhrrechtlichen Vorgaben
- Insbesondere Beachtung und berwachung von Zolltarifnummern Ursprungs- und Prferenzangaben und Exportbeschrnkungen in der Abfertigung
- Priorisierung der zu liefernden Sendungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb/Produktion
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Speditions- oder Industriekaufmann/-kauffrau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechenden Fachkenntnissen
- Gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Speditionsmarktes sowie Erfahrung im Versand
- Gute Anwender-Kenntnisse MS-Office (Outlook Word Excel) M3 Versandsoftware
- Gute Kenntnisse / Erfahrung in der Ausfuhr-/Exportabfertigung (speditionell ausfuhrzolltechnisch)
- Zolltarifkenntnisse sowie Kenntnisse Warenursprung & Prferenzen
- Teamfhigkeit
- Hands-On-Mentalitt
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
