Job Position Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Implementation & Project Specialist to lead the successful deployment of AI-powered platforms and solutions across the business and supporting the franchisee network. The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation lifecyclefrom requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment to post-launch supportensuring that AI projects deliver business value stay on schedule and meet external and internal expectations.
This role bridges technical AI capabilities and real-world operational needs making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology project management and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Implementation:
- Plan coordinate and manage the implementation of AI-based products or features across the business to support the needs of corporate and franchise environments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders during the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams (Business Development Franchisee Operations Compliance and others) and external clients to align on scope timelines and deliverables.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and ensure solutions meet end-user needs.
Technical Coordination:
- Understand core AI concepts (e.g. machine learning NLP computer vision) to effectively communicate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Coordinate data integrations API configurations and other technical onboarding requirements with clients or third parties.
Training & Enablement:
- Support user onboarding and training efforts to maximize adoption and impact of AI solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation SOPs and knowledge base materials.
Monitoring & Optimization:
- Monitor project performance post-implementation; identify opportunities for optimization user feedback collection and enhancement planning.
Compliance & Risk:
- Ensure implementation activities adhere to data privacy security and compliance standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in software implementation technical project management or product deployment preferably with AI/ML or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and common platforms (e.g. OpenAI Azure AI AWS SageMaker Google Vertex AI).
- Strong understanding of APIs data pipelines and integration best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana ) and collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence Miro Slack).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with AI-powered enterprise platforms (e.g. chatbots recommendation engines document automation) in the restoration market.
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP Agile/Scrum Master) or implementation methodologies a plus.
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR HIPAA SOC 2 ISO 27001).
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and dashboards from AI/ML systems.
Success Measures (First 612 Months):
- Successfully deliver 23 AI platform implementations on time and within scope.
- Define key metrics for successful delivery and ensure that these are met.
- Build repeatable playbooks and documentation for future AI rollouts.
- Drive strong cross-functional alignment between engineering data science and customer-facing teams.
