Your Role:
- Deliver evidence-based exercise interventions for clients includingNDISDVAWorkCover and private referrals
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualised treatment plans
- Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
- Provide occasional home visits or community-based services where needed
- Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service innovation and growth
What You Bring:
- Accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist withESSA
