Job Description
Job Title:Acumatica Systems Analyst
Location:Gainesville VA (On-site requirement: 5 days per week)
Job Type:Contract/Consulting with potential for permanent placement
Salary:$50/hour on a contract basis with potential to convert to a permanent salary of approximately $100k-$120k
Position Overview:
A mid-sized services firm located in the Haymarket/Gainesville VA area is seeking an experienced Acumatica Systems Analyst to support post-implementation activities. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in Acumatica to assist with user training system support and the development of reporting and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement within the Acumatica ERP system.
- Configure and customize Acumatica modules to align with business needs.
- Develop and maintain system documentation including user guides and training materials.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Acumatica-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Acumatica with other systems.
- Conduct user training sessions and workshops to enhance system utilization.
- Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and upgrades.
- Assist in data migration and system implementation projects.
- Provide post-implementation support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience with Acumatica either as an Admin or as an implementation partner.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Acumatica certification is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in the Haymarket/Gainesville area.
