We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to:
Work in collaboration with numerous multidisciplinary teams to help navigate patients and families.
Coordinate specialized multi-disciplinary patient care by utilizing specialty knowledge of the pediatric Cystic Fibrosis patient population.
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Bring their expertise in working with Cystic Fibrosis patients.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
Masters Degree in Nursing Social Work Public Health Healthcare Administration or related field Preferred
Work Experience
3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience Required
1 year of relevant experience in the specific patient population being supported Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
Basic Life Support/CPR Upon Hire Required
