Job Description
Our client is looking to bring on an Architectural Drafter with advanced Revit & AutoCAD experience. This position will work remote and not need to report in office. At home setup is preferred(compatible computer and home office) but a stipend may be provided if required.
*Work under the supervision of Project Managers and will be involved in all phases of the design process
*Actively participate in new construction and renovation projects of multiple typologies from concept design and coordination to construction administration and project management
*Independently produce and review drawings and designs to ensure adherence to codes specifications and standards
*Preparing schematic drawings
*Effectively communicate between internal team members outside consultants clients and contractors to manage project delivery
*3-5 years of architectural experience is preferred
*Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field preferred
*Proficient in AutoCAD & Revit
*Other computer-generated rendering software experience is a plus
-Laptop/computer capable of running software preferred
