Strategic investment in data analytics and AI is critical for Ford to effectively navigate the complex NA Compliance Reporting Analytics opportunities. This capability is fundamental to successfully launching digital products and features in the vehicle regulatory compliance space ensuring Ford complies with the laws & requirements and achieves its sustainability goals. The Strategy & Enterprise Analytics team delivers these solutions to achieve enterprise goals reveal hidden opportunities and establish data superiority.
As a Product Owner of NA Compliance Reporting Analytics in the GDI&A Strategy & Enterprise Analytics (SEA) team you will lead a cross-functional team to deliver utilize the latest tools and methods in AI/ML data science & analytics to enable business intelligence data-driven decisions and solve a variety of business problems.
Responsibilities
What youll do...
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand the business opportunities and translate high-level ideas into data-driven analytics solutions
- Manage prioritization and optimize resource allocation based on business impacts
- Establish and maintain demand management processes and integration with other teams
- Guiding the product team to iteratively develop quick customer centric solutions
- Leverage domain expertise statistical analysis and AI/ML modeling to optimize the process ensure timely value delivery and proactively improve quality and efficiency
- Providing technical guidance on high quality of work and best practices
- Supporting team growth talent acquisition fostering a diverse and inclusive environment
Qualifications
Youll have...
- Masters degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science Engineering Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or related fields
- 3 years of hands-on experience in data modeling mathematical programming AI/ML and statistical analysis
- 2 years of experience in deploying data products and analytic models in Google Cloud Platform
- Comfortable working in an environment where problems are not always well-defined
- Strong oral written and interpersonal communication skills ability to engage with all levels
- Well-organized independent and ready to work with minimal supervision
- Have a desire to excel and work with talented people
Even better you may have...
- Experience in cloud computing such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Proven experience with developing digital products/solutions to support analytic applications in Fords data ecosystem
- 3 years of experience with Product Driven Operating Model or Agile Product Development Process
- 3 years of domain experience in delivering analytics solutions in vehicle regulatory compliance
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Ability to analyze complex problems and break them down into smaller actionable items
- Inquisitive proactive and interested in learning new tools and techniques
