Job Description
We are searching for a Web Content Manager in Dallas to be detail-oriented and technically savvy Web Content Manager to oversee the execution and optimization of our digital content across a diverse and evolving product portfolio. This role is pivotal in ensuring our web presence reflects the latest product offerings maintains high quality standards and delivers seamless user experience. .
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Content Management & Publishing
- Own the end-to-end process of updating and maintaining product pages across the website.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate content deployment
Web Page Launches & QA Testing
- Coordinate and execute new web page launches ensuring alignment with brand and technical standards.
- Conduct thorough QA testing for layout functionality and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
Product Releases & Updates
- Manage web updates for new product launches including creation of new pages and enhancements to existing content.
- Ensure product specifications features and messaging are accurately reflected online.
Web Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor site performance and user engagement using tools like Google Analytics Adobe Analytics or similar.
- Provide actionable insights to improve content effectiveness SEO and conversion rates
Product Knowledge Acquisition
- Develop a deep understanding of our extensive product catalog and technical specifications.
- Translate complex product data into clear compelling web content for diverse audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in marketing Communications Web Development or related field.
- 5 years of experience in web content management preferably in a product-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g. Sitecore WordPress Drupal Adobe Experience Manager).
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and web QA best practices.
- Experience with web analytics tools and SEO principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly learn and synthesize technical product information.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with structured content models and taxonomy.
- Experience with Education systems or Math degree
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product design and engineering.
- Background in B2B or technical industries (e.g. electronics software manufacturing) is a plus.
