Job Description
Roles and responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and maintenance tax attributes for LATAM
- Support to leadership with day-to-day activities
- Monthly closing tax entries
- Data Research & Report Validation
- Conduct research and validate tax information from ERP
- Identify and correct discrepancies in reports
- Tax Withholding Support International and Local
- Forecast vs Actual Cash Tax closing schedule
Required qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a degree in Industrial Engineering or Accounting
- Availability to work 40 hrs a week
- Intermediate/Advanced use of Microsoft Excel
- Basics Accounting (Debit Credit; Financial Statements)
Desired Characteristics
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Fast learner
- SAP/ORACLE other ERPs experience
- Tax Basics. (Income Tax Value added Tax)
- Able to work independently
- Demonstrates proactive behavior
