Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Accounting (PL/BS) mainly related to AP
Maintain the accurate bookings vendor management:
- Management End to End process related to AP (Procurement check GRIR check Payment reconciliation)
- Account Payable Vendor verification Vendor maintenance Automation payment system maintenance
- Accrual management (Accrual recognition Amortization)
- Purchasing/Supplier validation SAP Payment system management
- SOX Internal audit Statutory audit and Tax audit preparation
- Monthly Quarterly Annual closing (related to AP and Accrual)
- PL management (COGS and Expense cost/profit center review)
- JGAAP adjustment from USGAAP for tax return
- Quarterly BS review preparation for AP Accrual
- Management of Indian shared service monthly activities
- Global project support (AP automation AI chat)
- Daily process improvement (Propose and join projects)
- This role reports to the Accounting Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Nissho bookkeeping 2nd
- Business level English
- 5 years Finance and Accounting Experience
- SAP experience
- USGAAP knowledge
- Self-motivating enjoying working & learning and team payer
