What You Will Do
- Provide professional support to the team responsible for new product introductions
- Coordinate and perform validations related to product changes
- Operate and improve tools instruments documentation and processes used in production testing and servicing
- Ensure seamless execution of manufacturing testing and servicing tasks
- Analyze product-specific failures document corrective actions and provide feedback to development and production teams
- Support the work of repair and service technicians
- Contribute to activities aimed at improving product quality and quantity
- Monitor product lifecycle and create product- and process-specific settings for manufacturing and servicing
- Optimize processes improve production KPIs and reduce scrap
- Participate in problem-solving activities
- Investigate customer complaints and support supplier complaint processes
What You Need to Be Successful
- University degree in a technical field (Electrical Engineering preferred) or at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in English
- Basic knowledge of measurement technologies
- Experience in new product introduction
- Confident computer skills (MS Office SAP CAD drawings)
- Flexibility precision and process-oriented mindset
- Analytical thinking and strong communication and decision-making skills
- Independent confident constructive and proactive work style
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience in an international manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with quality assurance systems
- Project management experience
