Job Description
A brand-new boutique wellness studio is opening in Kuwait in early 2026. Designed around infrared training sculptural movement and ritualistic experiences this studio offers a high-end empowering environment where community and wellness meet.
Were searching for a passionate multi-certified Female Group Fitness Instructor to join our clients founding team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your energy creativity and expertise to a space that blends fitness performance and wellness culture.
About the Studio:
- Opening 2026 in Kuwait
- Boutique infrared-based fitness and wellness space
- Focus on sculptural heated and empowering group classes
- Community-driven and aesthetics-aligned
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years experience leading group classes
- Certified in one or more of the following:
*Lagree
*Hot Pilates
*Hot Barre
*Hot Yoga
*Functional Strength
*Sculpt / HIIT
- English fluency (conversational to advanced)
- Personality traits: energetic grounded supportive inspirational confident and community-focused
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead 45 group classes daily across multiple modalities
- Support studio culture and wellness rituals
- Build strong relationships with clients and foster community spirit
- Participate in seasonal workshops and events (with bonus opportunities)
- Optional: Provide personal training sessions (commission-based)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: 850 KWD/month (approximately US$ 2 780) based on experience & certifications
- Visa & Relocation: Provided (with one-way ticket for international hires)
- Accommodation: Allowance available if needed
- Commission:
20 KWD per class beyond regular schedule
20% on PT sessions
- Bonuses:
*Workshop leadership revenue share (2030%)
*Seasonal incentive bonuses
