Hearts & Hands Childrens Center is a well-established early childhood program recognized as one of the Best of Madison. Who We Are Looking For:

We are currently hiring a full-time Lead Teachers. We have openings in our younger and older classrooms! As we restructure our classrooms and schedules due to the retirement of some long-term staff members the specific classrooms we are hiring for have yet to be finalized. However we encourage you to let us know the age group you prefer to work with and we ll see how we can accommodate your preferences!

We recommend starting by getting your foot in the door as we tend to place teachers in the classrooms they enjoy most ensuring you work with the age groups you re passionate about!

What You Might Want to Know:

• **Hours and pay** will be discussed during an in-person interview.
• Experience and certifications are not required for hiring but you will need to complete teaching certifications after being hired. We will guide you through this process.
• We will discuss which classrooms youll be working in during the in-person interview.
