As a UI Designer at Stage Works you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our projects collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and engaging interfaces. Your expertise will be essential in translating complex concepts into cohesive and aesthetically pleasing designs that resonate with our clients and enhance their interaction with our products. Tasks
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements ensuring alignment with business goals and technical constraints.
- Design user interface elements such as navigation menus search boxes tabs and widgets ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing design.
- Create wireframes storyboards user flows process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Conduct usability testing and interpret feedback to improve overall user experience and interface design.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices incorporating innovative solutions into design processes to enhance the companys digital presence.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite Sketch Figma or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
