Title: Unified Voice Engineer

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Unified Voice Engineer to manage and support our enterprise voice collaboration systems. This is a unique long-term opportunity for a hands-on engineer who can ensure reliable.
Key Responsibilities
- Voice and Unified Communications (UC) Management:
- Administer and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center.
- Manage and maintain voice recording platforms (Cistera or similar).
- Oversee the entire certificate lifecycle including deployment renewal and securing certificates for voice systems.
- Monitor voice system performance using tools such as LogicMonitor WhatsUp Gold or SolarWinds to ensure optimal quality of service and uptime.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting complex issues related to voice systems.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure voice systems are integrated seamlessly.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations procedures and troubleshooting steps for all voice-related systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Hands-on experience in Voice/Unified Communications engineering. While 6 years of experience is preferred we value expertise and demonstrated capability over a specific number of years.
- Voice/UC Expertise:
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Cisco CUCM Webex Calling Webex Contact Center and SIP trunks.
- Proven experience with voice system integration.
- Proficiency with voice recording platforms.
- Certifications:
- Relevant industry certifications such as CCNP Collaboration are highly preferred.
- Monitoring & Tools:
- Familiarity with network and performance monitoring tools like WhatsUp Gold LogicMonitor or SolarWinds.
