JOB TITLE: Structures Installation Mechanic 4D
LOCATION: Tulsa OK
PAY RATE: $57/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.
Job Details:

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Training and Schedule: First week on 2nd shift; regular hours 7:18 AM 3:48 PM with pre-shift overtime from 5:18 AM; additional overtime expected.

Summary:
-
15 contractors needed
-
Candidates living 100 miles away eligible for $110 weekly per diem
-
Assemble and install precision structural and system components perform sealing rigging inspections and functional testing to ensure assemblies meet specifications and quality standards.
-
Obtain information from prints charts sketches work instructions and verbal/electronic sources.
-
Use shop math and precision measuring/test instruments to complete work and functional tests.
-
Utilize tooling for assembly of sub-assemblies or end items.
-
Verify work meets specifications and identify discrepancies per procedure.
-
Ensure equipment and tool certification compliance.
-
Perform routine minor machine maintenance (e.g. filters lights lubrication/coolant).
-
Move products within the work area using assigned equipment and complete necessary transactions.
-
Complete work within allotted schedules.
-
Support continuous product flow by training and assisting employees at all levels.
-
Assist in training other assembly personnel in installation and inspection techniques.
-
Cross-train in inspection and become SIA qualified.
-
Set up and operate conventional or CNC/fastening equipment (< 3-axis movement).
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
-
Assembly/Installation of Structures Doors Integral Fuel Cell Sealing
-
Precision Bench Assembly
-
Pressure and vacuum testing
-
Fillet sealing and electrical bonding (expected for this posting)

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
