Job Description
Location: Sandy Springs GA (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week)
The ideal candidate will be highly organized technically savvy and comfortable managing large-scale telecommunications web projects in a fast-paced environment where cross-functional collaboration and attention to detail are essential. You will work closely with product managers software engineers cybersecurity architects and business stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to life that directly impact both employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for software cybersecurity and product delivery initiatives across multiple agile DevOps teams (local remote offshore).
- Partner with product managers and engineering leads to define scope project plans timelines and deliverables.
- Drive execution of key initiatives including customer support platforms retail technology solutions and internal developer tools.
- Coordinate dependencies across teams proactively identifying and resolving risks issues and blockers.
- Track progress and provide clear consistent updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Champion agile best practices and foster a culture of accountability transparency and continuous improvement.
- Ensure projects meet quality security and compliance standards while delivering measurable business value.
Qualifications
- 5 years of project management or program management experience within telecommunications technology/software development.
- Proven experience in agile environments (Scrum SAFe Kanban or hybrid).
- Strong communication organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies.
- Familiarity with modern software development stacks (Java Angular Cloud Kubernetes AWS CI/CD pipelines).
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering outcomes.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or related field; MBA or PMP/CSM certification is a plus.
