Salesforce system integration PM

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Project Manager with strong experience in system integrations particularly involving Salesforce. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce-related initiatives including integrations with other enterprise systems.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements define scope and align project goals with business objectives.
Partner with Salesforce developers and technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and documentation.
Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Facilitate regular status meetings provide clear communication to all stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project execution and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience managing IT projects with a strong focus on Salesforce and system integrations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Strong understanding of business processes and ability to align technology solutions with business needs.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana MS Project).
Experience with risk management change control and stakeholder engagement.
