Salesforce system integration PM
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Project Manager with strong experience in system integrations particularly involving Salesforce. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce-related initiatives including integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements define scope and align project goals with business objectives.
- Partner with Salesforce developers and technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans timelines and documentation.
- Identify assess and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Facilitate regular status meetings provide clear communication to all stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project execution and documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing IT projects with a strong focus on Salesforce and system integrations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to align technology solutions with business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana MS Project).
- Experience with risk management change control and stakeholder engagement.
