Job Description
Job Summary (List Format):
- Program and set up 3 4 and 5 Axis CNC Machine Centers using Mastercam X for manufacturing aircraft structural parts
- Interpret work orders blueprints engineering plans and specifications to plan machining processes
- Apply knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Set up machines verify settings and measure first-run and sample workpieces to ensure accuracy
- Use Fanuc Controls and Mastercam X programming software
- Follow and enforce safety procedures and regulations
- Maintain and improve processes for efficiency and quality
- Accept new tasks and contribute to organizational goals
- Available for first or second shift (44-hour work week with 4 hours overtime)
- Work in a family-owned company with long-term employees and strong benefits (100% paid medical/life insurance after 90 days paid vacation/holidays/sick time)
