What Youll Do
As an HR Intern you will focus on one or a combination of these functions:
Talent Acquisition: Support recruitment activities including posting job adverts screening CVs scheduling interviews and assisting with pre-employment checks and onboarding processes.
Learning & Development: Help coordinate training sessions support the roll-out of learning initiatives and assist with tracking and evaluating learning outcomes.
HR Operations: Maintain accurate HR records and databases provide administrative support and help ensure compliance with company policies.
Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives assist in organising company events and support communication efforts across the business.
Special Projects: Participate in a variety of HR projects gaining exposure to different aspects of the employee lifecycle and HR strategy.
