As part of the IMBRUVICA marketing team you will lead and execute healthcare provider (HCP) marketing tactics for the Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia indication. Examples of responsibilities include developing non-personal brand strategy executing HCP omnichannel tactics and media synthesizing large quantities of data and recommending analytics/analysis to identity strategic opportunities for the brand and managing the HCP promotional budget.
In this role you will collaborate with co-promote partners agencies and cross-functional stakeholders (Finance Medical Legal Regulatory and APEX) to deliver impactful HCP marketing initiatives. You will oversee monthly omnichannel performance leveraging insights to continuously optimize non-personal promotion and media initiatives to drive measurable results for HCP promotion.
Success requires strong collaboration relationship-building and communication (oral and written) as well as the ability to persuasively present to customers sales teams partners and senior leadership. Responsibilities:
Non-personal promotion strategy development and execution
Lead designated workstreams with Agency partners and other key stakeholders for strategic planning and execution
Translate brand strategy into omnichannel marketing plans that reflect the positioning of the brand while aligning to brand objectives
Evaluate the effectiveness of omni-channel performance report monthly on key metrics and optimize yearly media plan to ensure positive return on investment and achievement of brand objectives
Utilize marketing skills to lead the creative development and deployment of insight-driven channel-specific and personalized content
Effectively communicate the strategy and objectives of your work to internal cross-functional partners and media agency to drive brand business objectives
Work with internal cross functional groups and external partners to ensure integration and consistency of business strategies and regulatory compliance of promotional material
Identify problems proactively and conceptualize solutions using creativity and innovation
Consistently manage multiple projects to deliver high-quality work product in a timely fashion
Support oversight of HCP Promo Budget
Candidates will be hired at a level commensurate with experience.
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in related field MBA preferred
Marketing experience with proof of building proficiencies in omnichannel marketing
Experience in tactical planning and track record of effective execution
Knowledge of the health care and pharmaceutical industry Oncology experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in direct-to-physician marketing preferred
Excellent communication (oral written and presentation) and interpersonal skills
Strong planning project management and organization skills attention to detail execution and follow-through
Robust communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to make persuasive presentations to customers agencies partners and senior leadership
Ability to work with colleagues internal cross functional teams (Legal Regulatory Medical and Project Management) to bring new field resources to market
Financial/budgetary experience preferred
Ability to appropriately prioritize and execute multiple critical issues and projects
Managing agency & 3rd party relationships

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
