Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities include the following:

Outbound Calls: You will make outbound calls to health plan members to schedule In-Home Health Evaluations.
Scheduling: You will arrange and coordinate the scheduling of the evaluations.
Member Communication: You will answer member questions and provide support.

Equipment Must Meet Platform Standards:

Memory: 16 GB required
A hardwired Ethernet connection is required.
A hardwired USB noise-cancelling headset with phone-quality audio is required
Dual monitors are required; Supported resolutions:

2K Monitors: Up to 4 monitors with a maximum display resolution of 2560x1600 pixels per monitor are supported
4K Monitors: Up to 2 monitors with a maximum display resolution of 4096x2160 pixels per monitor are supported

Thinscale Program:

MUST maintain the most recent version of Windows 11 (fully patched with no pending updates)

Requirements Must be a U.S.-based independent contractor Must pass a background check and photo ID verification USB hardwired headset with phone-quality audio Dual monitors (19 or larger no laptop screens) Windows 10 or 11 (fully updated) Hardwired internet connection (Spectrum Business required if using Spectrum) Ideal Candidates Previous call center or customer service experience Comfortable navigating multiple systems and Microsoft Office Strong problem-solving and communication skills Able to type 25+ WPM Familiarity with outdoor sports is a plus!
