This is a remote position.
Position Overview:
Spirit Truck Lines is looking for a fast and accurate Data Entry Typist to join our remote this role you will be responsible for typing and entering information into digital systems maintaining accurate records and supporting business operations with reliable data handling. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Type and input data into internal systems quickly and accurately
Review documents and verify information before entry
Maintain organized and up-to-date digital files and records
Correct errors and inconsistencies in entered data
Perform regular data checks and assist with report generation
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and private information
Complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes
Support other administrative or data-related tasks as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
Comfortable using online databases and data entry platforms
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
Good communication skills and professionalism
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in a data entry or typist role
Familiarity with logistics or transportation industry data
Experience with cloud-based tools and file-sharing systems

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate s or bachelor s degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or freight operations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with FMCSA and DOT regulations is a plus.
