This is a remote position.
Position Overview:
Spirit Truck Lines is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Associate to support our growing operations team. This position plays a key role in entering updating and maintaining accurate data within our systems. You will work independently in a remote environment contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of our logistics and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data accurately into company systems and databases
Verify and validate information before data entry
Maintain organized digital records and update files as needed
Identify and correct errors in data to ensure quality and consistency
Assist in preparing reports logs and summaries based on entered data
Follow company procedures and data management protocols
Collaborate remotely with team members to ensure timely data updates
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in data entry clerical or administrative support preferred
Strong typing skills (50 WPM) with a high level of accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word) and Google Workspace
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable using various software platforms and tools
Preferred Skills:
Experience in transportation logistics or dispatch support
Familiarity with cloud-based systems or CRM tools
Prior experience working in a remote role

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate s or bachelor s degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or freight operations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with FMCSA and DOT regulations is a plus.
