Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations with a focus on Clinical Supply Chain and IBP integration
Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and manage detailed project plans including schedules budgets and resource allocation.
Ensure timely delivery of milestones and manage risks proactively.
Domain Expertise
Apply deep knowledge of Clinical Supply Chain operations including demand and supply planning shelf-life management and inventory optimization
Strong understanding of supply chain processes related to clinical trials from forecasting and procurement to labeling packaging distribution and inventory management.
Oversee integration of SAP S/4HANA with IBP modules such as Demand Planning S&OP Supply Planning and Control Tower
Ensure compliance with industry standards including cGMPs cGDPs and Quality Agreements
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance IT and Supply Chain.
Facilitate workshops training sessions and stakeholder communications.
Provide strategic input on process improvements and system enhancements.
Technical Oversight
Coordinate with technical teams to design configure and test integration solutions.
Ensure seamless data flow between SAP S/4HANA and IBP using tools like CPI-DS and SAP SDI
Strong technical understanding of SAP Intelligent Clinical Supply Management (ICSM) solution and integration with S/4HANA
Implement quality assurance processes and validate integration components.
Qualifications:
Education & Certifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering Life Sciences Supply Chain or related field.
SAP certifications in IBP and S/4HANA preferred.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of SAP project management experience with at least 2 full-cycle IBP implementations
Proven track record in managing SAP S/4HANA to IBP integration projects
Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry highly desirable
Skills
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Deep understanding of SAP IBP functionalities including forecasting models optimizers and dashboards
Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
