Job Summary
In this role you will be responsible for driving the sales of innovative supply chain solutions to aerospace and industrial target global customers headquartered in the US. You will work to strategically win new clients by fostering trust-based relationships with multiple levels of a customers organization to understand their top priorities and uncover opportunities for us to sell our value propositions for:
Materials Supply where we procure warehouse process and distribute materials for industry leading companies.
Global Control Tower where we operate centralized control towers that allow for real-time monitoring coordination and control of the entire supply chain ecosystem.
Logistics Services where we design operate and execute 3PL inventory management transportation and quality services throughout the supply chain.
Digital Solutions where we support our customers in their digital challenges with our bespoke IT solutions.
The right person will drive the full sales cycle from identifying leads to closing the sales and transitioning accounts to our Supply Chain Contracts Implementation and Operations Teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader with a proven record of profitable sales to shape the strategic direction of our business initiatives.
The right person will drive business growth with aerospace OEMs and leading tier-1 suppliers in the aviation and space industry for the scope of Control Tower solutions and material services supporting the companys target of higher annual recurring revenues.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Must have experience with consultative selling to global aerospace customers taking a lead role in the development and execution of an innovative sales approach for advanced supply chain solutions such as our Control Tower 2.0.
- Generation of revenues via consultancy services prior to the LTA stage.
- Lead workshop modules as the most important facilitator to capture and translate customer requirements into solutions and contractual documents.
- Continually build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to deliver against our budgets and sales goals.
- Update activity and customer details in our MS Dynamics CRM system to drive visibility accountability and coordination with our colleagues.
- Own account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
- Lead the creation of creative comprehensive written proposals in response to customer requirements and RFPs working on tight timelines in conjunction with our Operations Finance and Solution Design teams.
- Gain a solid understanding of our competitors are and what they offer.

Qualifications
- 5 years B2B sales experience selling complex supply chain solutions
- Experience with consultative selling
- Experience leading multi-departmental workshops
- Experience navigating in an international company environment
- Existing relationships in the Aerospace Space & Defense industries
- Experience presenting selling to and/or influencing C-level executives
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proven ability to precisely manage a complex multi-departmental sale process
- Willingness to travel as needed for sales calls & customer visits
- Ability to analyze complex data sets extract actionable insights and translate them into requirements and strategic recommendations.
- Knowledge of real-time data analytics visibility tools and supply chain optimization methodologies
- Experience creating and deploying the raw material commodity strategies and the associated strategic sourcing
- Relationship-builder with key accounts (LinkedIn social networking etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Experience creating convincing PowerPoint presentations
- Problem Solver participating in solving customer issues and proposing meaningful long-term solutions.
- Proven experience in proposal/project management and delivery with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously meet deadlines and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and departments build strong relationships and drive alignment towards common goals

Pay range: $122465.84 - $153082.30
