We are now looking for our Head of Retail who will drive and further develop foodora Swedens E-Commerce strategy to new heights.
The position belongs to our Quick Commerce department which is responsible for expanding and developing foodoras retail business beyond the restaurant sector.
Quick Commerce is an innovative division offering customers everything from groceries to pharmacy items and electronics delivered in minutes. As Head of Retail you will lead a big team and be responsible for developing and managing our retail partners including both large chains and smaller stores.
What you will do:
Lead and motivate the local retail team.
Develop a profitable retail portfolio and strategy to ensure growth.
Negotiate and secure long-term agreements with large retail chains and smaller stores.
Assess market potential and identify new partnership opportunities.
Ensure that foodora becomes the preferred partner in the retail sector.
Track key KPIs related to growth profitability and team well-being.
Collaborate closely with other departments such as operations finance and our general manager.
Qualifications :
To succeed as Head of Retail we envision that you:
Have higher education in business marketing economics strategy or management (relevant experience can compensate).
Have leadership experience with personnel responsibility and experience in account management and portfolio management.
Can demonstrate strong results from negotiations and securing major contracts.
Have a solid business understanding and analytical skills to develop business cases and manage budget and P&L responsibilities.
Are technically competent with good experience in Office or G-Suite.
Are fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English.
