The Opportunity
Were looking for an experienced Sr. Software Engineer I ideally with a FinTech background to join our team. Youll work on designing new features optimising performance and improving scalabilitywhile keeping quality security and maintainability front and centre. This is a hands-on role that combines problem-solving technical excellence and collaboration.
What Youll Do
- Write clean secure testable and maintainable code.
- Solve challenging bugs and production issues in complex environments.
- Analyse problems in depth evaluate multiple solutions and implement the best approach.
- Drive improvements across the full development lifecycle.
- Ensure applications deliver the highest performance quality and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with Product Managers QAs SREs and stakeholders to shape product vision.
- Work closely with teams across the globe understanding their needs and building shared solutions.
- Support your peers mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- 4 years in web application development.
- Experience building scalable performant and reliable distributed systems.
- Skilled in TDD BDD and CI/CD best practices.
- Strong understanding of OOP and relational databases.
- Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience in FinTech or payments (preferred).
- A fast learner with a passion for delivering high-quality code.
