We are seeking a hungry analytically-minded Investment Analyst to be the engine of our next phase of growth.
This is a unique opportunity to be the first dedicated deal professional on our team working directly with the CEO/Founder. You will not be a small cog in a large machine. You will be a key strategic partner responsible for identifying analyzing and securing the acquisitions that will shape the future of our entire portfolio. Position Summary
As our Investment Analyst you will own the entire investment lifecycle from proactive sourcing to rigorous financial vetting. You will be responsible for building and managing a robust deal pipeline across two distinct asset classes: healthcare businesses (M&A) and real estate. Your analysis will be the foundation of our investment decisions and your ability to find and secure off-market deals will be critical to our success.
Key Responsibilities
Proprietary Deal Sourcing: Proactively source and identify potential acquisition targets for both our healthcare and real estate portfolios through broker networks industry research and direct proprietary outreach campaigns.
Financial Modeling & Underwriting: Develop complex financial models (DCF LBO IRR waterfalls etc.) to rigorously analyze and value potential business acquisitions and real estate investments.
Due Diligence & Analysis: Create comprehensive Investment Memos for review by the CEO detailing the strategic rationale financial projections and a thorough analysis of key risks and opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Build manage and maintain the companys deal pipeline ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities to evaluate.
Market Research: Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify new investment trends target geographies and emerging opportunities.
Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for brokers sellers and other external partners throughout the deal process.
Requirements
Who You Are
Experienced Analyst: You have 2-4 years of high-performance experience in investment banking private equity Big 4 transaction advisory or a related corporate development role.
Modeling Expert: You have exceptional non-negotiable proficiency in financial modeling and various valuation techniques. You can build a complex model from scratch.
A Proactive Hunter: You are a self-starter with a true hunter mentality. You arent afraid to pick up the phone and generate your own opportunities.
A Clear Communicator: You have excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) and can concisely articulate complex financial information.
An Independent Operator: You are disciplined and thrive in an autonomous remote work environment where you are measured by your results.

What We Offer
Competitive Compensation: A strong base salary complemented by an uncapped Aligned Long-Term Performance Bonus tied directly to the value of the deals you close.
Aligned Long-Term Bonus Structure: We offer a significant uncapped performance bonus tied directly to the value of successfully closed deals.
Tier 1: 0.75% on the first $of total transaction value closed per calendar year.
Tier 2: 1.00% on any cumulative transaction value above $for that year.
50% of your earned bonus is paid upon the successful closing of a transaction.
The remaining 50% is paid after 12 months contingent on the acquired asset meeting or exceeding its underwritten financial projections.
