This rare opportunity will see you leading one of our premium communities on the Cashmere Hills in Christchurch with an experienced team surrounded by an exceptional group of residents and their whanau.
Rhodes on Cashmere offers independent Living Well Apartments and person-centered care suite options (rest-home and hospital level care) in a stunning environment which embodies Arvidas Attitude of Living Well approach. As the Village Manager you will oversee all day-to-day operations including business planning and execution team leadership and development resident satisfaction clinical care sales landscape and property maintenance and overall performance.

Your commercial acumen and strong leadership skills will continue to nourish a thriving community and at a minimum you will demonstrate:
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role (senior living or healthcare experience preferred).
- Experience in leading coaching and developing people - and fostering a values-led culture.
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to deliver operational goals and oversee robust clinical outcomes.
- An ability to foster a professional working relationship with residents and ensure Arvidas reputation is enhanced in the local community.
- Knowledge and experience with commercial agreements and sales and property management principles.
- Understanding and application of relevant legislation.
- Good knowledge of health and safety management and safe working practices.
