The Role
Support the research operations at SEEK to drive efficiency and impact of research practices making it easier to connect with customers and maintain customer-focused working methods. Report to Research Operations Lead alongside Research and Design Operations peers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement: Independently analyze challenges identify opportunities and create improvement proposals
- Initiative Ownership: Lead key projects like developing participant recruitment panels to make research more efficient and scalable
- Resource Development: Create guides templates and resources to empower design teams independent research conduct
- Change Management: Drive adoption through cross-functional collaboration communication training and ongoing support
- Tool Management: Explore onboard and maintain research tooling including automation and AI capabilities
- Team Development: Support research and technical capability growth through learning programs
- Operations: Manage day-to-day tasks including incentives vendor coordination and customer recruitment guidance
Qualifications :
Essential Requirements
- Previous senior role experience with operational responsibilities (coordination program management administration)
- Proficient English language skills
Desirable
- Demonstrated experience driving efficiencies through process and tooling optimization
- Research or product design team experience (advantageous but not required)
