Job Description Application Packaging Engineer
Experience: 6 years
Location: Bangalore
Must-Have: The candidate should have 5 years of relevant experience in Application packaging & Intune
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Over 5 years of experience in application packaging & Intune
- Proficient in using AdminStudio / InstallShield Wise Packaging AppDeploymentToolKit & Wise Script App-V for packaging
- Experience in packaging applications for Windows 10 operating systems (OS) platforms
- Thorough understanding of Cloud Management Gateway (CMG) and desktop Analytics
- Proficiency in MBAM Bit locker Encryption using SCCM
- Familiarity with Win10 Servicing plans and Patch Release activity with ADR configuration
- Skilled in scripting with PowerShell VB Script and Batch Script
- Experience using the open-source PowerShell Application Deployment Toolkit
- Strong understanding of the Windows System Registry and file system
- Quality check of packaged applications and troubleshooting packaging problems
- Familiarity with standard packaging process and workflow MSI packaging best practices and standards
- Knowledge of MSIX Intunewin & Mac software packaging is a plus
- Understanding of software deployment leveraging Microsoft System Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Knowledge of MUfB Microsoft Desktop Analytics and MS Intune is a plus
- Superior problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional customer service communication and technical writing skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and as part of a team
- Solid understanding of standard client/server and networking fundamentals
- Ability to think outside the box for solutions
- Proficient in administering SCCM software delivery and managing the Microsoft Store for Business
- Knowledge of Intune device management configuration and creating Intune policies
