ZUORA Training Specialist
Job Role
We are looking for a Zuora Training Specialist to design deliver and enhance training modules for end-users administrators and technical teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth adoption of Zuora solutions by simplifying complex billing subscription and revenue processes.
Key Skills
Zuora Expertise: Deep understanding of Zuora Billing Revenue and CPQ modules
Subscription Management: Knowledge of pricing invoicing amendments and renewals
Integration Basics: Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs data migration and CRM integrations (Salesforce preferred)
Training Design: Ability to create engaging training materials (guides videos and live sessions)
Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Analytics: Ability to gather feedback and improve training effectiveness
Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience in coordinating with business finance and technical teams
