Job Description
Position: Lab Technician
Location: Indira Nagar Banglore
Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Lab Technician to join our diagnostic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting samples conducting tests and maintaining accurate records in compliance with medical standards. Fluency in Kannada is mandatory to ensure smooth patient interaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect and label blood urine and other body fluid samples.

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests.

Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.

Record and report test results accurately to physicians.

Ensure hygiene safety and quality control protocols are strictly followed.

Maintain lab inventory and prepare reagents as needed.
Requirements:
-
Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / MLT).

Valid certification or license as per state regulations.

2 3 years of lab experience preferred.

Fluent in Kannada (mandatory) for effective patient communication.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with lab software.
