We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Global Mobility Specialists to join our HR Service this role you will manage international assignments end-to-end working closely with our HR colleagues and service providers worldwide. As the first point of contact for expatriates you will play a key role in guiding them through one of the most exciting chapters of their careers.
We are looking for motivated professionals to join our team in two focus areas:
- Admin-focused role managing expatriation documentation system maintenance and supporting backend processes end-to-end
- Coordination-focused role acting as a central point of contact for employees service providers and stakeholders overseeing the full expatriation process
Both profiles offer exposure to a wide variety of HR topics and international collaboration across our global HR network.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end coordination of international assignments according to Bosch Central Directives and country-specific regulations
- Act as a first point of contact for employees (expats) service providers and HR colleagues throughout the expatriation process
- Ensure compliance in compensation legal immigration labor and tax matters
- Support employees with work-related or personal questions with empathy and confidence
- Prepare compensation packages contracts salary reviews bonuses promotions onboarding and repatriation
Qualifications :
- A bachelors degree in Business Administration Psychology Humanities or a related field
- 23 years of experience in HR Shared Service Center Finance Risk Management Data Analysis or a similar area
- Strong organizational and time-management skills combined with an analytical mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with empathy discretion and independence
- Advanced German and English skills (written and spoken) both are essential for this role
