As our next Junior Sous Chef you
Show a passion and creativity for food ingredients and flavours.
Lead the team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with pride and precision.
Are confident in managing training and passing on your knowledge to the team.
Are responsible for compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards guaranteeing a high standard of culinary services offered to guests.

To help you navigate your role and support your success you will be trained in all food safety related functions.
By joining us as a Junior Sous chef you will become part of a friendly team of 6 talents.
Our hotel offers 144 guest rooms meeting rooms bar & restaurant
To ensure you can best support our team experience in a similar role will be required.
Understanding things from our guests perspective is key so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
