Job Description
As a Technical Implementation Trainee you will be a valued part of the team in our varied client assignments where new technologies are implemented. You will be working as part of a team setting up technology solutions for our clients to automate and improve their finance processes and enhance business steering. Your tasks can include for example setting up solutions leveraging GenAI/LLM models visualizing finance data configuring planning and consolidation systems and implementing invoice handling software as part of a broader implementation team. In your role you get to know the agile ways of working attend relevant trainings and verify your learnings with can promise your learning curve at Deloitte to be steep but also getting active support from your own buddy coach and the Finance Transformation and other Deloitte teams.

What do we hope from you
Do you have the passion for implementing and developing technology solutions with a relaxed and motivated team Would you like to work and deepen your knowledge on AI Enterprise Performance Management and Operational Finance technologies Then youd probably fit well in our team!
To succeed in this role we wish you have:
A recent masters/bachelors degree or ongoing master studies (for example in information technology computer science Finance etc.)
Willingness and possibly familiarity configuring or developing Finance technologies (e.g. Anaplan OneStream Basware solutions leveraging GenAI/LLM models and ERP finance modules)
Experience in SQL
Fluent language skills in English (fluency in Finnish language is seen as plus)
Enthusiasm to work with others both with colleagues and clients
In addition the following will be considered a strong advantage:
Knowledge about common software development practices databases data platforms data warehousing and ETL / data pipelines
Experience with at least one programming language such as Python C#etc.
Studies in the fields of Finance Technology AI
We are hoping to see your eagerness to work as key player in finance technology implementations as part of our team!
To be considered for this Trainee position a prerequisite is that you are currently allowed to work in Finland holding a valid residence permit if required.
