Job Description
Receiving and placing orders in the SAP system
Support for customer registration and area reports
Negotiation of deadlines for large volumes with customers interacting with the logistics and financial areas in order to meet orders
Support for customers regarding delivery times material availability delivery differences price and deadline and price information.
Maintain adequate service to all customers.
Preparation of order sales and inventory reports.
Precise customer service to ensure the quality of information and resolve their problems through:
- Management of solutions for after-sales problems due to delays in delivery incorrect billing unavailability of products accidents etc.;
- Interface with areas such as supplies marketing finance and logistics for solutions and improvements to customer service processes.
Qualifications :
Only College students from last semesters of Business Administration International Business or related carreers.
