Job Description
We are currently looking for a Senior Scientist with a focus on method development method validation and method transfer for our team near Munich. If you are currently looking for a new exciting challenge with a lot of responsibility and varied tasks within an international team we would be very pleased to hear from you. The duties of this exciting position will include the following:
- Responsibility for project and resource planning of analytical activities within a global project
- Planning and execution of method transfers method validations method developments and method verifications of HPLC AAS and KF methods among others
- Collaboration in an international project team
- Evaluation and review of existing methods for practical suitability and compliance with EU and US GMP validation requirements. Also responsible for reviewing the regulatory status of the method for possible further method development and validation
- Review of methods for potential method improvements in terms of method modernisation or method robustness
- Professional guidance and further development of a project team
- Support in troubleshooting analytical investigations or method development
Qualifications :
For this exciting challenge we are looking for someone with a science degree in chemistry chemical engineering pharmacy or similar. We are also looking for someone with:
- Relevant and several years of professional experience in a GMP environment with a focus on the application interpretation and validation of pharmaceutical methods
- Independent and proactive way of working in combination with very good time management experience
- Initial experience with method transfers between global sites will be added advantage
- Accurate working within GMP documentation systems
- Proven professional experience with HPLC analytical methodsExperience with matrix-based project or process work methods
- Several years of project management experience paired with excellent team skills and a leadership personality who also cares about the further development of team members through coaching
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Process understanding and experience in the implementation of process optimisations
