About the Job
- Collaboration in the implementation of global transactions in the area of company acquisitions minority shareholdings divestments and joint ventures
- Support in the implementation of company valuations according to recognized and standard market valuation methods (DCF/ multiples)
- Collaboration in the active screening of interesting start-ups (business model key employees etc.) and potential acquisition companies
- Active collaboration in portfolio key figure market and competition analyses
- Preparation of decision documents for the management
- Development of investment theses and preparation of investment meetings with shareholders and stakeholders
About You
- Degree in economics law engineering or natural sciences (from the 4th semester)
- Ideally some initial practical experience e.g. as part of an internship in industry management consultancy or investment bank
- Interest in financial issues
- Sound analytical organizational and communication skills
- Independent responsible way of working combined with very good English skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) round off your profile
