Job Description
Job Summary
- Definition statistical analysis and optimization of cleaning & cleanliness process and high pressure deburring process.
- Process data sheet preparation and maintenance.
- Carrying out of release procedures for manufacturing processes.
- MOE and IPN cooperation within improvement activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Process parameters definition and trial out for related manufacturing process.
- Preparation and maintenance of process data sheets for manufacturing process.
- Technical specification definition acceptance and ramp up support of new/ retrofit MAE.
- Release manufacturing process according to product requirement.
- Development and implementation of improvement activities for cycle time cost reduction and quality improvement of together with MOE.
- Leading the problem solving for responsible process/stations.
- Improvement and maintenance of knowledge database for manufacturing process. Transfer knowledge to technician and internal customer/colleagues.
- Knowledge exchange and improvement with leadplants.
Qualifications :
Qualifications Requirement
Educational:
- Bachelor degree or above in Chemical Engineering and Technology Material Science or related majors
Language:
- Very good English skills (B2 or better) in oral communication as well as reading/writing
- German language skills helpful but not mandatory
Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience
- Systematical and analytical thinking
- Chemical engineering or Material science background
- Systematical and analytical thinking
- Basic statistical data analysis knowledge
- Strong problem solving skill (Shainin certificate is preferred)
- Team working mindset and strong self-learning skill
