We are thrilled to be looking for our next co-op candidate to support our project controls team with a focus on cost. This role will support our major projects within our civil east division in the GTA.
What Youll Do Here:
- Provide support to the project team for project control activities with a focus on cost
- Work with various stakeholders to gather and disseminate risk related data
- Assist and support Risk Director Project Managers and Project Controls Analysts with risk analysis benchmarking and document initiatives
- Present findings to the projects team when required
- Analyze historical project risk information and manage and maintain risk registers
- Work with the different functional groups to provide benchmarking information and feedback on risk management accuracy and support development as required
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required
What You Bring to the Team:
- Currently in a University/Technical College pursuing Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Understanding of project management project controls or cost engineering processes
- Good communication and organizational skills are essential
- Experience with Microsoft Word Advance Excel Outlook and Power Point
- Proven track record of good performance and attendance
- Basic presentation skills
- Bilingual in French is an asset
