Position Mission:
As the Sales Specialist for Blending Systems within the Paper & Pulp and Paint markets you will serve as a technical reference clarifying questions about the companys portfolio supporting the sales team and providing tailored solutions to meet specific customer needs. Your primary focus will be to identify and develop sales opportunities to meet the goals of ABBs Energy Industries (PAEN) business unit.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell and provide technical guidance to team members (technicians analysts) with a focus on volume product mix and profitability targets for the Business Unit.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process by building and maintaining effective relationships to understand customer needs and offer comprehensive solutions aligned with ABBs offerings.
  • Develop sales plans using internal tools conducting regular status reviews and proposing recovery plans when potential setbacks are identified.
  • Create added value for customers and ABB by ensuring successful transactions contracts and proposals through effective sales techniques aligned with ABBs policies.
  • Support efficient marketing activities and drive the development of new opportunities in the Paper & Pulp and Paint markets fostering know-how sharing and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree preferably in Engineering.
  • Proven experience selling in the Paper & Pulp and Paint sectors.
  • Knowledge of blending equipment and technologies.
  • Fluent or advanced English.

Preferred Qualifications (What Counts as Plus):

  • Experience selling Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Spanish.
