Location: Flowood MS United States
Pay: Hourly (10) ROA Bonus
Posting End Date: August 29 2025
Basic Job Functions:
The job functions of Scale Master include the following but are not limited to Weighing Grading Sorting and shipments all Non-ferrous and Ferrous metals purchased daily. Assure that materials purchased are done so in compliance with all Federal State DOT Local laws and ordinances. Oversee daily operations including dispatching and direct other workers when necessary. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate lead and uphold safety policies practices procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong Safety Record
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Non-ferrous and ferrous metal experience preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts
