Regular part-time 24-34 hours per week position - $20.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience
Position Summary:
The Human Resource Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the Foundations Human Resource department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files records and documentation.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Provides clerical support to the HR department.
- Prepares payroll for Human Resource Manager approval.
- Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment employee training performance appraisal process etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge Skills and Abilities):
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact professionalism and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Google Drive.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Paycor the payroll management human resource information system (HRIS).
Education and Experience:
- Associates degree in human resources business administration or management preferred.
- Previous experience in a human resources or administrative support role.
- Familiarity with HR-related processes and procedures.
