Project Controller Capital Works
Full-Time
Bristol site-based
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Controller to join our Defence Aerospace business in this role you will support the delivery of our infrastructure works and projects including business management and business reporting. You will be delivering on the requirements against UK MOD programmes of work.

What you will be doing:
With this exciting opportunity you will:
- Lead on the establishment of the required control accounts needed to manage the Capital Works budgets including the required SAP management
- Flow down the relevant budgets and Coupa orders for the internal and external supply chain teams
- Prepare the required internal and external cost reporting deliverables including actuals versus budget and deltas from baseline
- Develop and report appropriate Earned Value Management and associated financial and schedule metrics
- Integrate Package Order changes into the Control Accounts and report deliverables.
- Work with the Project delivery leads prepare and report the infrastructure financial information.
- Manage and report variances to project baselines and report project Key Performance Indicators.
- Review project data identify and report trends highlight anomalies and propose corrective action if performance is outside specification.
- Provide the required information for the Capital Works Operational Reviews and internal reporting requirements.
- Support change management activities.

Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office home or another remote location. Its a locally managed and flexed informal discretionary arrangement. The professional level and salary of the position will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate but is anticipated to be Staff Grade 6/7.

This role will require you to hold a minimum Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Ideally you will be willing to progress to a Developed Vetting (DV) clearance. To start Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you dont currently already have this in place. Due to the nature of work the business conducts and the protection of certain assets you must hold a UK nationality. Any dual nationals will require additional scrutiny and background checks prior to commencing work.
